Rick Burback - NARI Certified Remodeler

After graduating from The University of Wisconsin- Stout in 1973, with a bachelors degree in architecture and building construction, Rick took a position with one of the leading home builders in the Milwaukee area. Within 2 short years he had complete responsibility for the entire field operation of Embassy Construction Corp., which included the direct supervision and construction of approximately 150 homes annually. In January of 1979, Rick moved his family to Antigo, WI and started his own building firm, Burback Builders.

Jason Burback - Lead Safe Renovation Certified

Jason served in the United States Navy at Pearl Harbor from 1992-1996 as a Hull Maintenance Technician. After completing his tour he went on to expedite the Emerald Woods condominium project in Elm Grove, then moved on to expedite 2 other condominium projects for one of Milwaukee's leading developers before joining the Burback Builders team in 2000. Jason brings talent to the team in the form of finish carpentry, design, and expediting different construction projects. He has recently become one of Burback Builders leading commercial project expeditors with commercial remodeling, tenant build out, and commercial construction experience. He is also involved in the community with being a member of the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department for the past 11 years and his wife being a member of the Muskego Lions Club.

Jared Burback - Lead Safe Renovation Certified

Jared officially joined our team in the summer on 2008. Jared brings 12 years of project management to the team. He has developed many multi-million dollar condominiums complexes with one of the area's leading developers. Jared's responsibilities included budgetary and scheduling aspects on the job from infrastructure to occupancy giving him diverse industry experience and knowledge. Once the occupancy was granted Jared was also in charge of customer service for all the building he built. With over 400 condos under his belt that experience is priceless.

Jared also is the lead designer and has a knack for solving complex design scenarios. His background in drafting and art provide him incredible insight in providing customers with a design that is personal, functional and original.

Nancy Burback, Administrative Assistant

Rick was attending college for Construction and Architect when we met. Since I had grown up with a dad that was a journeymen carpenter I was very familiar and interested with home building and remodeling. I was very excited to be a part of Burback Builders from the beginning and continue to be involved in the family business. Bringing a real estate license to the company I can help customers purchase land for a new home or sell their existing home.

In 2007 we expanded our property with storage units and I manage the Burback Storage facility.

Joe Kazmierczak, Quality Control

Joe has been with Burback Builders since 2003. He has great attention to detail and excellent customer service traits. Joe also has experience in tile, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
