Each one of our customers is different. So, why would we want to try to sell the same home to different people? Each home that Burback Builders designs is a custom home, specifically designed for each individual customer.

Burback Builders is proud to introduce our Live Design (TM) concept. Either bring in your own sketches or just sit down in our office with one of our designers and watch as your dreams start to become reality, literally right before your eyes.

Foundation:	Foundations are poured concrete [ 8" thick, 8'-0" high ]
Wall Structure:	2x6 on 16 inch center construction
Insulation:	R19 Certainteed Fiberglass
Decking:	3/4" Tongue and Groove OSB, glued and screwed
Roofing:	Dimensional, with 15lb underlayment
Windows:	Windsor
HVAC:	92% Armstrong high efficiency
Siding:	Pre-finished fiber cement or Vinyl
Fixtures:	Kohler
Drywall:	Knock down finish with round corners
Cabinets:	Merillat, Oak Cabinets
