South Shore Yacht Club

In 2006, Burback Builders remodeled the South Shore Yacht Club in Milwaukee, WI. We remodeled the existing lounge area on the main level and the dinning area on the second floor. We added a new interior staircase, administrative offices, officers meeting room, increased the managers office, increased the kitchen by 800 square feet, and added a lounge area on the second floor. We also added a 3,600 observation deck with a stainless steel cable railing system. The total amount of square footage that was added to the existing building totaled over 6,500 square feet. This job was started on January 2, 2006 and was opened for members in time for Easter Brunch. ( The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. )
