Silk Exotic Gentleman’s Club remodel/renovation in Juneau, WI – We took 2 existing buildings and combined them to give the establishment a total of 11,500 sq ft. There is a mezzanine with a glass railing overlooking the first floor, an elevator between floors, an 800 sq ft kitchen in the basement, and we also retrofitted the building with a sprinkler system. The project was started on Aug 8, 2006 and they had their Grand opening on Dec. 13, 2006. (This project was also completed ahead of schedule.)
