South Shore Yacht Club addition and renovation in Milwaukee, WI. – We remodeled the existing lounge area on the main level and the dining area on the second floor. We added a new staircase, administrative offices, an officers meeting room, increased the manager’s office, increased the kitchen by 800 sq ft, and added a lounge area on the second floor. We also added a 3,600 sq ft observation deck with stainless steel cable railing. We also retrofitted the building with a sprinkler system. The total amount of square footage added totaled over 6,500 sq ft. The job was started on Jan. 2, 2006 and was open for operations in time for the members Easter Brunch. (The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.)
